Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MDevelopment Empire LLC, doing business as 1MDE ("1MDE", "we", "us"), handles information collected through this free Google Maps audit page.

1. What we collect

What you tell us: your name, company, city, state, website or Google Business Profile link, work email, mobile phone, and your quiz answers (trade, revenue range, lead sources, who handles leads).
Booking details: the call time you pick.
Usage data: pages and steps viewed, device and browser, IP address, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs).
Public business data: information about your business that is publicly available, such as your Google Business Profile, reviews and search results, which we use to prepare your audit.

2. How we use it

To decide whether our program is a fit, prepare your Google Maps audit and walk you through it on the call.
To book your call and send the confirmation, reminders and missed-call follow-ups described below.
To measure and improve our ads and this page.

3. Text messages and email

Program. 1MDE free Google Maps audit call: booking confirmations, call reminders and missed-call follow-ups.

Consent. When you enter your mobile number and email on our form and continue, you agree that 1MDE may call, text and email you about the audit call you request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send. A booking confirmation; reminders 24 hours, 2 hours and 15 minutes before your call; and, if you miss the call, up to 3 follow-ups over the next 3 days to help you rebook. No other marketing texts.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts; you will get one final message confirming it. Every email has an unsubscribe option, or write to us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad results, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this page. These tools may set cookies and receive device and usage data; contact details sent to Meta are hashed first. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform, email and SMS delivery providers, hosting, and the analytics and advertising tools named above, and when required by law. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

6. Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dmuzychko@1mde.com. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

8. Children

This page is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
