These terms apply to this free Google Maps audit page operated by MDevelopment Empire LLC, doing business as 1MDE ("1MDE", "we", "us"). By using the page or booking a call, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. What we offer
A free Google Maps audit for qualifying US contractors, prepared before your call from publicly available information and your answers, and a free 30-minute call where a 1MDE specialist walks you through it live. There is no card, no account and no obligation. Any paid services are agreed separately, in writing.
2. The audit is an estimate
The audit is based on public data and your answers, which can be incomplete or out of date. It is not a guarantee of any ranking, number of calls or revenue.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, and only for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
- Do not misuse, scrape or interfere with the page.
- You are responsible for the phone number and email you enter and for being allowed to receive calls and messages on them.
4. Text messages and email (SMS terms)
Program. 1MDE free Google Maps audit call: booking confirmations, call reminders and missed-call follow-ups.
Consent. When you enter your mobile number and email on our form and continue, you agree that 1MDE may call, text and email you about the audit call you request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send. A booking confirmation; reminders 24 hours, 2 hours and 15 minutes before your call; and, if you miss the call, up to 3 follow-ups over the next 3 days to help you rebook. No other marketing texts.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts; you will get one final message confirming it. Every email has an unsubscribe option, or write to us.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email dmuzychko@1mde.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
5. Calls
By booking a call you agree that 1MDE may contact you by phone, text or email about that call as described above. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; we will tell you before recording. You can move or cancel the call from your confirmation message or by replying to it.
6. Our content
The page, its text, design and the audit format belong to 1MDE. You may use the insights from your audit for your own business.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The page and the free audit are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1MDE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or stop offering the free audit at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.
